Well, the day after my car got spray painted… Me and Ang decided to go see the new Incredbile Hulk movie (which was actually fairly decent) but when we were about to leave… I noticed somebody stole my hubcaps off of my car… only the passenger side… It’s not really a funny joke anymore, as taking the paint off my car, took off the clear coat as well…

You can see where the clear coat is scratched off, and that’s going to take me alot of time, and money to fix… I’m not pleased about that one bit.

As for the hub-caps… well, luckily I have one spare that came with the car… but to purcahse another? Well… that’s going to set me back a bit, but I didn’t spend all this money on this car to have it look like a pile of shit… I’ll do what it takes.

So I woke up today to a neighbor calling and asking if I knew what had happened to my car… I was confused at first, I didn’t know what they were talking about… They said somebody spraypainted it… I stepped out the back door and took a look at the passenger side. Nothing. I walked around the driver’s side, to see a big blue line spraypainted across the length of my new car…

Needless to say I’m pissed off.

I called the police, they came out and took a police report and did what they had to do… But we all know it’s going to take them ages to do anything.

So I’m asking you for help… If you know ANYBODY who might do something like this to anybody’s car… please let me know, and keep an ear out for me, if you hear anybody bragging about what they did, make sure you get their name and let me know as soon as possible.

Well, I picked it up on Friday with Angela and my mom, everything went over extremely well, except to get a license plate, you have to pay 6% sales tax on the car… and it cost over $800 to get a plate on it… Other than that, I’ve been driving it a fairly decent amount, getting used to everything, and I must say, it is WONDERFUL. The gas mileage really is awesome, and just about everything in the car is still brand new, I don’t think the previous owner ever had passengers in the back seat, it even SMELLS new still.

I’m extremely happy with my purchase, and I know it will last me for a long time. As for those who don’t like the look the xB’s… that’s okay, thats why I bought it, because I like them, and it suits ME.

The pictures are from the first day I test drove it, but it obviously still looks the same today.

So I’ve decided that the Jimbo (1993 GMC Jimmy) just isn’t going to cut it for me anymore, it gets about 12 miles to the gallon, if I’m lucky, it takes me about $60 to fill up the tank, and thats gone in just two or three days… Everything has been going wrong with it, and it’s just not worth it for me to keep putting money into it, I just want a new car, one that’s more “me…” And it just so happens that the car I’ve always wanted is a white Scion xB (the old boxy model) and I just searched for some cars around my house and there she was…

$12,000 even, but totally worth it. It’s in Royal Oak, and I’m going to look at it either Tuesday or Wednesday, hopefully Tuesday, and then start the loan process Wednesday, and she’ll be mine in like two weeks?
